Visual Studio 2012 for Vulcan.NET 3.0

If you do not currently have Visual Studio 2012 you can use this version with Vulcan.NET 3.0. This version of Visual Studio comes in two parts; the "isolated" shell and the "integrated" shell. You need to download and install the isolated shell first, then the integrated shell. Once that is done you can install Vulcan.NET 3.0
