There are two necessary steps to use Vulcan.NET:

• install Visual Studio. If you do not already have a copy of Visual Studio you can download one from this site. It is found under the Trial Version menu option
• install Vulcan.NET
  

Following these steps will also ensure that the appropriate version of the .NET Framework is installed. You can also optionally install Vulcan IDE, an alternative VO-like development environment. A download link for Vulcan IDE is found under the Trail Version menu option of this site.
